Inuyasha

-Inuyasha is the main character of the show Inuyasha. He is a half human half dog demon with a hot temper and a bad additude. Even though Inuyasha is a jerk most of the time he is always loyal to his friends and protects Kagome whenever they are in trouble. His only real bad habit is that he wants to stay with both Kikyo and Kagome. This doesn't make the girls that Happy.

Kikyo

-Kikyo is Inuyasha's first love. She met Inuyasha fifty years ago when she was protecting the Shikon jewel. A powerful crystal that can give demons power. Kikyo realized Inuyasha was a haiyou(Half-breed.) and didn't have the heart to kill him. She knew they were alike. Kikyo was a miko(preistess) so she was not aloud to live a normal life. Inuyasha was a haiyou so no one would accept him. Kikyo told Inuyasha that if he used the jewel to be a human insted of a demon the jewel would purify and they would be able to live together. Inuyasha aggrees to become human and marry Kikyo. But the day they planned to meet Kikyo was fatally wounded by a demon named Naraku who kiled her out of jelousy. Fifty years later Kikyo is ressurected by a demon named Uresue. Kikyo kills Uresue and she continues to hunt down Naraku. Her soul will not be saved until she sees him dead.

Kagome

 -Kagome is Kikyo's rencarnation. She is a girl from modern day Japan that was dragged into a well by a demon when she was looking for her cat. She was walking through the forest looking for her family when she first saw Inuyasha. Kagome goes up to him then realizes he's asleep. The men of Kikyo's village find Kagome and tie her up. Kaede, Kikyo's younger sister orders the people to untie Kagome when she realizes Kagome looks like Kikyo. The demon that dragged Kagome in the well comes back and starts to chase Kagome. The demon bites into Kagome's side and rips the Shikon jewel from her body. Kagome frees Inuyasha to save herself from the demon. Later Kagome accidently breaks the jewel and it's Inuyasha and Kagome's misson to put it back together.

Shippo

-Shippo is an orphen kitsune(fox demon.) that travels with Kagome and Inuyasha. When he first comes into the show he steals the jewel shards from Kagome so he can avenge his father. There was one problem with his plan. (Cough: His age Cough:) Inuyasha bops Shippo on the head then he goes out in to kill the Thunder brothers. Shippo has no home so Kagome and Inuyasha took him in.

Miroku

-Miroku is a priest that is out to kill Naraku. His grandfather was cursed by Naraku. Miroku is wise and offers help to his friends if he can but he's a pervert! Miroku asks every pritty woman he meets to bear his child. Nine times out of ten he usually has a red mark on his face. The only girl he is ever serious with is Sango. (Later he proposes to her.)

Sango

-Sango is the last of the demon slayers. She was trained her entier life how to kill demons. The best of Sango's village where sommoned to a castle to exterminate a demon there. It was a trap that Naraku set up. He posessed Sango's little brother and made him kill their father. Sango is haunted by the memory of Kohaku's death. She falls in love with Miroku and aggrees to marry him.

Kohaku 

-Kohaku is Naraku's puppet boy. He was forced to murder his own father then his sister watched him die. Naraku brings Kohaku back to life useing a Shikon shard then erases all of his memories. Naraku uses Kohaku so he can break up the group. Even though Kohaku is under Naraku's complete control he can still fight him a little. The only thing he does remember is Sango.

Fluffy! Oh, I mean Sesshoumaru

-Sesshoumaru AKA Fluffy, AKA my hubby, (I have the certificate.) is Inuyasha's older brother. He's also the lord of the Western lands. Fluffy is shown as an evil character in the beginning of Inuyasha but later on we find that's not true.He revives a young orphen named Rin and lets her follow him. He works with his brother to fight one of their late father's enemies. They also work together to save Sesshoumaru's adopted daughter from Naraku. 

Rin

 -Rin is Sesshoumaru's adopted daughter. Rin was origenally an orphen that was treated very badly by the people of her village. She helped Sesshoumaru when he was badly wounded. After that she brought him food so he could get better. Sesshoumaru always rejected what she gives him but she doesn't stop. Rin stole a fish from a pond in her village and is beat up for it. But she still manages to get Sesshoumaru a liserd she caught. Rin was killed by Koga's wolves. When Sesshoumaru finds Rin dead he brought her back to life.

Bankotsu

- Bankotsu is the leader of The Band of Seven. A group of mercenaries that he started himself. He died along with his men whe they were surrond i the middle of a snow storm. Ten years later Naraku resurects Bankotsu and his group so they can kill Inuyasha. He is the youngest member of the Band of Seven but is loyal to the group.

Kanna

 -Kanna is Naraku's first daughter. She has no emotions and the mirro she carries allows her to spy on people. Her mirror also has a barrier that reflect attacks. Unlike her sister Kagura, Kanna doesn't seem to care that she's a slave very much.

Kagura

-Kagura is Naraku's second daughter. She wants freedom more then anything. The only reason she even works for Naraku is becuase he holds her heart in his hand. Kagura has a crush on Fluffly and asked him for help once so she could be free from her father. This was Sesshoumaru's reply. "If you are going to commit treason, do it alone. Do not seek help from others." Kagura was ticked by this answer but she was caught by Naraku anyway. Her sister ratted her out.

Hakudoshi

-Hakudoshi is Naraku's son. His only real child insted of just someone he created. Hakudoshi is the most scary character on the entire show. What makes him different from Naraku? He is not  by any means afraid to get his hands dirty. He does't listen to Naraku a whole lot for the sheer fact that he's usually not around Naraku. But the kid deffinately needs a spanking, if he was my little brother he would be grounded for life. 

Naraku

-The big bad demon himself. Naraku is the villan of the show and is the cause behind everyone's suffering. He hate's Kikyo the most and wants to get rid of Onigumo's heart so he can kill her again. Naraku was originally a bug. Yes, a small red spider to be procise. The spider convinced a man by the name of Onigumo to give his soul to the demons surrounding him. Onigumo aggreed if they made Kikyo his bride. The demons lied to Onigumo and killed Kikyo. Naraku wants the Shikon jewel becuase he is actually a haiyou and wants to perish Onigumo once and for all.
